I have been going to Andrew at Burton and brown for over 20 years now - I moved away for a bit in between but Burton and Brown is certainly a perk of now being back in Wellington. I just found out today I have some very old fillings , one that's 23 years old and another that's 20 years old that will need a review and replacing in a year or so - that's how good Andrew is! Quality work that goes for decades!! I find it a little traumatic going to the dentist but everyone is so lovely right from the people on the front desk and Andrew manages to make the whole experience relaxing and easy and never makes you feel bad.

Saw Jareth about options to improve my teeth and smile, he was clear with options and understood what I wanted to achieve. Went with the option recommended whitening and veneers and could not be happier with the result. Would give 10 starts if I could Thanks again Jareth! Up the Wahs

I had previously been advised that a standard 45-minute appointment would not be sufficient for my treatment, and I was therefore booked into a one-hour “advanced hygiene” appointment at a cost of 275$ for the hour. However, the appointed itself was in less than 40 minutes and 10 minutes of that was talking. I raised it with the staff they said they didn't know, then I got a generic AI written email from their clinic manager.

Always have a good experience at Lumino. Tanesha is my hygienist and she always does a good job and lets me know what’s going on which is important to me. Jareth is my dentist and again, he’s really good at letting me know what’s going on instead of silently working which I’ve experienced from others in the past. Also making me aware of potential future problems (eg a tooth that may need a filling in the near future) so there are no surprises.

I had unbelievable pain from an infected wisdom tooth that came on within about 48 hours. I booked in with Andrew and within 24 hours of the appointment, I was medicated and the tooth was removed. The experience was excellent and I would recommend Lumino - Panama Street, and especially Andrew, to anyone.
