From the moment you enter Buoy salon & Spa it is a first class experience in every regard from start to finish. Eddie is a true professional and great at his work. He and the team on reception are brilliant, they know how to welcome and host clients. They are Wellingtons champions of first impressions. Over a number of years I have enjoyed countless appointments and visited several stylists, I have enjoyed the experience and been happy with the results every time. The stylists are all top drawer. An appointment at Bouy is an experience in high quality customers service and relationship building, it goes without saying that the haircut or spa treatment will be world class !

Absolutely amazed with the team here!! I was greeted by name on arrival and was looked after so well by Kelvin! His knowledge and advice was excellent and I was able to donate 30cms of my hair!! Thank you so much again I have loved every time I come into Buoy! 🫶🏻

Such a great first experience at Buoy! Incredible customer service and stunning space. You can tell by the vibe of the place that everyone is enoying being there - staff and clients. Ryan is a very experienced stylist with passion for his work and it really showed with the end result of my hair. Highly reccommend. Cant wait for my next appt!
