Claire was exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly and was highly knowledgeable. Isabelle on reception was efficient and friendly, calling me to let me know about a delay.

Very happy, as usual, with the quality of service from Black Gates. I usually see Claire, but needed urgent advice about an eye problem, and was relieved I could see Keren Dravitzki on that same day. She was fantastic. Thorough, reassuring and offered very helpful advice. Would highly recommend both Keren and Claire as top optometrists who are exceptionally friendly to deal with.

Fabulous optometrist, my daughter and I have both been seen by Keren. Excellent service, and attention to detail, ensured full vision and eye health check up completed and all options for glasses and contact lens explained fully. We were both very happy with our glasses and contact lens upon pickup. And follow up care, checking in that all was good with our new improved vision was great. Thanks again :)

Great people and service, especially Claire, full eye health check at a reasonable cost and Bruce was very helpful in selecting frames & lenses. Couldn't be happier with my new pairs of glasses. Highly recommended worth the drive from Lower Hutt.
