Friendly and welcoming staff. I visited because a screw was missing from a pair of glasses I had bought in France. They kindly repaired them immediately, free of charge and without any waiting time. A big thank you for your excellent service and kindness. 👏👏
The staff are always incredible, the optometrist is kind and helpful and the selection as well as the prices are the best you can find. I start suggesting the store as if I’m sponsored by them to friends and family because my experiences are always so good. 10/10 love this place
I love my new glasses and wear them all the time. They fit well. Friends have complimented the frames and I can see much more clearly and comfortabley for both distance and reading. All staff gave clear and detailed answers to my questions and were very helpful. Can't wait for some sunshine to experience the transitions!
My eyes were being super iffy and I was able to book a next-day appointment so easily! The staff were super lovely and gentle, which is super important to me when it comes to letting people near my eyes 😅 I felt so comfortable perusing the many options and had handy help without being too overwhelmed - chuffed at your service, team!
Staff were lovely and helpful, range is pretty good too. Only aspect that pulled me back from 5 stars is the glasses cases you receive, they're soft. I put my glasses in my backpack for work with laptop etc and they're likely to get squashed if they're not in a hard case. So I love my new glasses but have kept them in the SpecSavers case I got last time. Maybe there was an option to buy a hard case (I didn't ask) but happy re using the ones I already have.
