This is always my go to spot and top recommendation for brunch in the city. Bonus points for being super dog friendly and giving my dog Teddy lots of love! The service here is always amazing and you never feel like you have to rush to give up your table for the next group. Such a great spot for catching up with friends and having a yarn over some great food.
We had an excellent experience at August. The food was exceptional and truly memorable. The salad was fresh and beautifully prepared, the lamb chops were cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful, and the fries with Istanbul butter were absolutely out of this world. Everything tasted thoughtfully prepared and high quality. Considering the level of food and service, the price was very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic dining experience and we would definitely come back.
Nice vibes. Not the best food I've had but it was nice. The coffee was too bitter for me. We had the Turkish eggs, the omelette with chorizo and the lamb shishka, my favorite was the lamb. The green smoothie was nice but too thick.

Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and dishes that feel comforting yet refined. Coffee was equally impressive — smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Service deserves a special mention too — friendly, relaxed, and incredibly gracious. In a truly embarrassing moment, I completely forgot to make my payment, and the team handled it with such kindness and professionalism that it turned into a laugh rather than an awkward situation. A great spot for a slow breakfast, a casual brunch, or just a quality coffee break. Safe to say this recommendation was spot on — would happily return (and pay on time next round).
Soooo good. Highly recommend this place. Vide is chilled, but modern. Large area, seating indoor and outside. Food was outstanding. Display looked amazing also, I could have had a bite form each thing!! Spiced orange chai latte do good. Service was fantastic. 10/10. Worth a go
