A charming place for a quiet iced coffee, but I imagine having a beer in their back garden would be memorable too. The shop/cafe is a general store. It has some really nice homewares: I especially loved their wool blankets made from sheep on a nearby farm. Super friendly staff here too. Stop your car here and do go in!

Great little country store, family was on holiday in Cape Palliser and this store had everything you needed with reasonable prices, was amazed how much stuff they actually stocked, the ladies that served us were really nice and inviting. Would definitely recommend dropping in if down that way.

Great store in the middle of the country. Lots of food, ice cream, and frozen food selection. Stopped and got a tuna/cracker combo prepared packaged meal and it was pretty fresh. The counter lady was nice and directed us to where the bathrooms are. Overall decent stop for gas and food and if you're traveling a good stop for a quick break.

FYI ... Food truck out front in evenings till 8pm make really great gourmet burgers and chips for very reasonable prices. They are there Friday night and not sure what other days.
