I attended for a meeting in the large room at the end of the corridor. The large bench at one side of the small kitchen gave space for food, and there was plenty of room for a sales table just inside the room. I could see AV equipment - a whiteboard, a TV. The chairs were reasonably comfortable but heavy to move. I was impressed by the number of community groups using the centre. There is a swap library of books in an alcove of the corridor.

Masterton has every right to be proud of this great facility. Clean and well organized and staffed by friendly and exceptionally helpful people. There are many services avaliable on site and they offer a fuss free system for renting a room at an extremely affordable price. My entire experience here was an absolute pleasure.

The Wairarapa Community Centre is a wonderful asset for the people of Wairapadise. It houses many social agencies and national organisations, including the Wairarapa Volunteer Centre.
