A dear friend presented me with a voucher to see Katrina. Within a day I had booked an appointment and was in seeing her. I had a niggle in behind my shoulder blade that was causing a lot of discomfort. Katrina took time to chat and ascertain where the injury and pain was and how I believed I’d done it. Her listening and questioning was on point and extremely professional. It was obvious she had a thorough understanding of the human body. Amazing! Her passion and experience was always evident. Safe to say the treatment and advice for post treatment was specific and today the pain has subsided significantly. I’d say it’s gone from a 7/10 to a 1/10. Incredible. I’m so very grateful. Will definitely be going back for more. Always felt in ’good hands!’ Thank you

Katrina is amazing! Highly recommend her for a massage! Always leave there feeling so much better! Katrina is very knowledgeable about the body and how it works and always prepared to offer tips and advice to help you! She's also a great listener too!

I have been a ProActive Massage client for about 4 years now. I first started seeing Katrina when pain returned after a back injury and operation several years prior. She is so knowledgeable and her massage helped to settle my anxiety around pain and I noticed an improvement after several appts. The thing I really like about Katrina is she is happy to see you anytime but by no means wants to rebook you. She understands her role as a health care professional is to help you rather than take your money! Over the last four years I have seen her for my back and leg pain, shoulder and neck pain and most recently jaw pain after night time teeth grinding. She is open, honest and reassuring and I really enjoy my sessions with her! Highly recommend.
