An absolutely terrible experience. $3,500 for a simple land transfer, with emails and requests repeatedly ignored, no transparency on costs, and woeful communication and professionalism throughout. The service was unbelievably bad, ridiculously overpriced, and handled with complete incompetence. One of the worst service experiences I've had!!! Stay away.

We had the pleasure of working with Jana Havler for our property settlement. In the past, we have had unpleasant experiences with law firms, mainly due to poor communication and a lack of clear advice and guidance. However, our experience with Jana was completely different. She was always available to assist us, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond by making extra time to meet with us to finalise the documents. We truly appreciate her support, professionalism, and guidance throughout the process, and we wish her every success in the future.

Jana is such an excellent solicitor, guided us every step of the way, very responsive, she patiently listened when we had concerns or questions, explained things well so that we can easily understood the risk, and keep us updated to ensure we know what was going on behind the scene.
