I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. My real estate agent recommended them and I am so happy. Fixed fees meant I knew what I was paying, but anytime I had a question Pam was ready to answer and help me understand what was going on. Wonderful and friendly service I definitely recommend this firm.

Erika was fantastic. She was patient with a grumpy old bugger while also explaining everything to all of us so we understood what was going on. Helped make what is always a stressful time so much easier for us.

I have no hesitation in recommending First Property Legal, my husband and l have had the team twice now, and both times they have been very thorough with all the documentation work etc. Kirsty was wonderful throughout, l would not use any other firm as we found them tops.
