We have used 2k design a couple of times and each time they delivered fantastic service and products. We had extra partitions made for our horse truck and the made them similar to the design of the ones we have already. They are functional and strong which exactly what we need when travelling large horses. They also installed a stainless bench on top of the chest lockers and it came up beautifully. We had a rug rack made up and installed and they did such a great job we don't have to stress about extra space for our horse rugs when travelling afar to competitions. 2k also redid some of our undertruck storage lockers, they are super easy to access, strong and look fantastic. I found all of the staff incredible and did their very best with our truck given the time frame they had. Super friendly, reliable and most importantly, they deliver excellent products. They took the time to go over what we needed and check that it was right for the horses. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely go back when we need more work done.

Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. I had an urgent job to do because of an overheating electrical cabinet with expensive equipment in it after the cooling system broke down, parts weren't available so I had to modify the enclosure door so the new parts would fit- they got it done by the next morning and it was machined perfectly and everything fitted! Will use their services from now on.

My first and last time dealing with 2k engineerings Terrible experience. So i Been needing some thin stainless steel to finish an important project i had been working, but every where i go in the wairarapa is closed or don't have what im looking for. A friend recommended 2k engineering and that they would have no problem helping me. So wasting no time me and my wife drove from Greytown to Masterton k2 engineering, went into the office to speak to someone about what i needed. i approach the counter and could tell immediately my presence was not appreciated by the young office woman who was not helpful at all and just made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, needing the material urgently i persevered on and finely came to a conclusion for what i needed, just a small piece really 1500mm by 460mm. Understandable thats not a large amount but none the less very important to me since i can't bild on with out it. The office woman then told me in a frustrated way that they were busy and they will contact me later when it was done. So now the entire day had passed and i began to wonder maybe i should go somewhere else to get my material. i goggle 2k engineering for the phone number so i can cancel my order and tried to ring them but i just got a disconnected ring tone. So i think to myself maybe its ready and waiting for me so i jump in the van and drive from Greytown all the way back up to Masterton 2k engineering. On arrival the office woman tells me sorry we didn't have time because its Christmas, so i canceled and walked out. A entire day and a heap of fuel wasted for me because they were to busy to snip a piece of for a man. And if i was to wait, how long was that wait going to be, one hour, one day, one week? Or maybe never because in this world everyone is busy including myself. The smirk on the office womans face made me think she was happy with the inconvenience i had endured and this is why i am righting this complaint. Tomorrow i will drive to petone where i am shore the people and industries i am more familiar with will be happy to help me. My advice is try somewhere else unless you like to be treated like dirt and your valuable time wasted.
