Exceptional support and guidance for first home buyers. We had a really good experience and have given Kate 5 stars. As first home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was always easy to get hold of and happy to talk things through. She never made us feel like anything was a silly question, which we really appreciated. She showed us through the property a few times and was always accommodating, which helped us feel more comfortable with our decision. She clearly knows the Martinborough market well and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, she was professional, approachable, and easy to deal with. We felt supported the whole way through and would definitely recommend her to others.
