It maybe my imagination but I get the impression that this event has grown over the years. There is a good variety of stalls selling clothes, handicrafts and food as well as buskers all accompanied by a commentary on a powerful PA. The fair was pretty crowded probably in part due to the good weather. Parking can be a challenge unless you arrive really early but this year there was a large open space (Considine Park) with cheap parking (5$) but it means a bit of a walk.
