Dr Beak Tasting Room is a gin manufacturer in Martinborough. We produce small-batch Kiwi craft gin using New Zealand botanicals, and we gift a portion of our profits to protect local biodiversity. Our tasting room offers guided gin tastings and cocktail workshops, where we explore new flavours and mix drinks using our New Zealand Premium Gin and New Zealand Garden Gin.
