Best spring rolls have had in a long time had the meat one had a good amount of fillings. Fish was good as well nice big pieces of fish and crispy batter. Also had crab sticks and chips. I would highly recommend if you want good value for your money and good fish and chips when in katikati.
I went today to The Fish Cove and ordered fish and chips, and honestly, they were the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this place. Chef Vinee is the best in town, and you can really taste the quality and care in the food. Fresh fish, crunchy chips. Amazing experience all around. Highly recommended.
Called in here Sunday 1/3/26 for a fish Burger (gunard) $12.50 (No Beetroot as advertised grrr) but delicious n crunchy n fresh fish, very nice otherwise, crab stick $1.50 n pork wonton $1.50 as well, just need to go n get a can of Beetroot 😋🫢😋
This evening I bought some fish and decided to treat myself to Kumara chips for a change. The fish and a pineapple fritter was great, but the kumara chips were disgusting. $6.50 I paid was a waste as lots of little crumbs and dried up shriveled chips. The quality of this shop gone down. Won't be back, and I'd recommend the other local shop, at least they cook 'fresh'
Amazing service and best fish and chips ever. Recently they catered for a family event for 22 people. Ready right on time and everyone enjoyed their meal. Thank you Fish Cove we will be back .
