Our laid-back hotel offers a restaurant, garden, and bar
The room was a bit cold, but warmed up with the air con. There was also electric blankets. I did not know the area and this was a last minute decision. Very pleasantly surprised. A lovely welcome. Dined in at their restaurant and couldn't fault it. Best brulee and steak cooked perfectly. A great atmosphere with happy staff. Recommend 🙂🙂
A real ‘go to’ place with fabulous food, great service and the friendliest and most efficient staff around. The people in the kitchen always happy and smiling; our favourite wait staff person Charlotte engaging and helpful. They are always keen to know how we enjoyed the meal. The Talisman is definitely worth a visit when you’re next visiting the area. Highly recommended.
We've been living in New Zealand for almost four years, and without a doubt, this was the best seafood chowder I've had since arriving here. The portion was incredibly generous, packed with seafood, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. It was also very reasonably priced, making it exceptional value for money. The service was friendly, and the whole experience was fantastic. If you're passing through Katikati or looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend stopping in at the Talisman Hotel & Bar. We'll definitely be back!
Such a lovely experience. We have been here a number of times and the wait staff are always absolutely amazing. Service with a smile 100% of the time and nothing is ever a problem. We had the Tali Share platter this time which was delicious and worth every penny. In the past we’ve order individual meals and they never disappoint. Talisman is now our go to for all special occasions. 100% recommend
I had my wedding at the Talisman recently. Everything about it was fantastic. Very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful staff. The event was so easy to organize thanks to Dani, and my thanks must also go to Allana who was incredible on the day. The food was great and our guests were all blown away. Those who stayed in the accommodation were impressed and loved the rooms. Thank you to Michelle, Dani and all the staff 😊
