A sensational way to spend the day. Ray didn’t shy me away from lofty ambitions for my knifely desires and guided me through the process to success. So much fun, very educational, productive day. 10/10 will be knife making again. Thanks Ray and Di. 10/10 for the lasagne provided for lunch too.

Brilliant experience at the SWAGE knife making day course. It was really enjoyable, super well run, Ray & Di were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. The workshop is very well set up with great tools, making the whole process smooth and fun. Best of all, I came away with a fabulous knife that I’m so proud of. Highly recommend! 🔪🔥

18th October 2025 Knife Making Class. An excellent morning class. Ray was a brilliant, knowledgeable teacher. The well-equipped workshop had everything ready for the 4 of us to build the knives. I highly recommend doing this course. With the bonus of a lovely morning tea provided by Di, Ray's wife. A very enjoyable experience - thanks, Ray.
