I have been dealing with Jon for a few years now, and I cannot fault him and his Team. Tony in the office has quite happily dropped me back at work then collected me again when my car was ready after a WOF. I had a wee incident when I was shifting between houses 4 years ago, where I had ripped half my bumper off. I pulled into the workshop, Jon straight away had my car on the hoist to check underneath, some cable ties and heavy duty tape and I was back on the road moving between houses (Just like a Bathurst pit stop) I later had the bumper properly attached. They go above and beyond at Shefield Automotive. 💯

Broke down 10k down the road and these guys came out to pick me up and drop me off at an aa garage. Absolutely amazing service! They dropped our caravan off at a campground and ran us around town. They even came to check up on us in the morning & brought us a huge box of fresh fruit. Kiwi hospitality at its best!

Last week I called in Sheffield Street Auto on the off chance they could help me. Wow what service I got. I arrived home and said what a magic team Sheffield Street Auto are and that I just received 20/10 for kindness and service. Thank you Tony for getting the team together promptly and getting my problems fixed.

Every time my friends or I asked for a quote, the price was twice as high as in other garages. The mechanical parts to be changed written on the estimate are never the parts that really need to be changed. If you pay with WINZ the quote will be inflated. If you are a foreigner the work will be shoddy...

Got a diagnosis done here which went okay, but got quoted far too much for an o2 sensor change. Asked 5 other mechanics because I felt I was being ripped off and sure enough they all said what they were charging was far too expensive. Would not recommend going here as I feel they rip off woman
