Anyone else finding it impossible to speak to anyone there? The website isn't allowing me to login and no one answers the phone. Restore me use to be good but now I'm going to have to go elsewhere and start again with a new doctor. Extremely frustrating

Unpleasant experience. Couldn't get their facts right, told completely opposite information from the same nurse Tamara. Long story short I cancelled the appointment with her agreement as she suggested this and said she would sort a refund. I am still waiting 2 weeks + later
