Poutama Pathways to Employment

Poutama Pathways to Employment is an employment agency in Katikati offering a 12-week government-funded program for rangatahi aged 15 to 24. We provide support for youth not engaged in education, employment, or training, helping them develop confidence and skills. Our coaches offer team building, motivational sessions, paid work experience, and ongoing pastoral support to guide young people toward employment or tertiary education.
