Nice open area. Looks ideal for exercising a dog. No facilities I could see. Can do a good walk along inlet (well kept path) from Katikati.

Awesome walk. Some great work has been done here, wetlands restored, tracks are comfortably walked, bikes welcome, dogs under control, lovely seats dotted along for rest or compilation.

A lovely place to park up and go for a lovely walk along the estuary watching all type s of bird s and fauna. There are board s along the walk pointing out the birds at you can see in that area and local places of interest.
