Cattery in Katikati with a large outdoor run and secure indoor spaces
Teresa is the absolute best. I trust no one else with my cats and know that my precious kitty will be well cared for. It's easy to see how happy all the cats are when in her care. I knew I could trust Teresa with our 6 month old kitten after having had our old boy in her care on various occasions, and Astra came home well adjusted and very happy. Thank you for caring for our pets as if they were your own, it gives us great comfort.
Very welcoming very clean and our fur princess seemed to be very calm
I would rate this as 5 star accomodation, the cats gets the best care, the facilities are clean and well kept and the 'rooms' are spacious. We leave our cat here whenever we go away, with the knowledge that our Batty is cared for and looked after and happy. Thank you!
What a wonderful place Kitty Cats is ... fabulous, friendly & caring owners who really care about the cats they have in their care - the cattery is spotlessly clean & doesn’t even smell like there are even cats living there 😺 Our Benji is 14 years old & is like our shadow - where we are he’s right behind (unless asleep!). We were very apprehensive about leaving him anywhere for longer than a few nights and due to us relocating cities & holdups getting into our new build, we had to leave him with Peter & Theresa for about 8 weeks - he was treated like a king & soon came to love his new carers & temporary home - They kept us informed when there was a hiccup with his health & were always so accommodating when we visited Benji a few times each week. They even got him some special food to help his little problem & didn’t charge extra - then on pickup day, we not only collected a happy, well cared-for cat but his bedding which we had left there for Benji was all washed, fresh & clean. It gave us such reassurance, at a very stressful time when we were missing him terribly, that Benji was so loved & wonderfully cared for. Thankyou so much Peter, Theresa & your lovely daughter 🐈 - Glenda & Mike 🐾
Our elderly cat Harley was boarded for 46 days whilst overseas on holiday. My worry about him being left for so long was unfounded, Theresa kept in contact by email to keep me updated and when I collected him he was well looked after and very relaxed, Theresa and Peter met all Harleys needs with even a heated pad in his bed for his arthritic bones. I will use again and certainly recommend
