Had my old boy eased into rest here, couldn't be more thankful for the empathy and care shown by staff during this hard time for our family especially my 8yo daughter facing her first big loss, so grateful that my boy was sent off with dignity and respect and will forever remember it as a peaceful and happy ending. Thankyou to the vet who saw us and our Cavaliers on Saturday - I couldn't remember his name as was rather stressed but I really appreciated his patience, explanations, experience and time to assist us in further and better options to improve and increase 13yo Kasey's retirement life with our family.
Kahu loves visiting the Katikati vets. There is always a warm, friendly welcome, the reception and the waiting space is clean and always interesting for my dog (a Doberman). Our other dog, Huia and cat, Toby lived well and happily after being looked after by Katikati vets for many years, and passed away from old age at home peacefully. I find it easy to book online or call if I need an urgent consult and the vets are top-notch. Great for domestic pets and for our large animals as well.
