Automotive and residential glass services including windscreen recalibration
This morning I had my car windscreen repaired after a brick flew off a truck and cracked it earlier in the week. The service was fantastic – incredibly fast, professional and friendly. They even cleaned the front interior of my car before returning it. I’m thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone. ☺️
Had my windscreen in stock and provided a good courtesy car. Suggestion on how to interact w insurance company was perfect. Love to support local, even when the insurance company only suggests the big repairers.
Replaced cracked windshield on Nissan note. Absolutely best service I have ever had. Team are very nice and respectful. Workshop is the cleanest, tidyest you will ever see. Don't waste your time shopping around and getting bad service from the big commercial places. These people are so abliging. and will work around your needs DONT go anywhere else. They will impress A++ 10/10 thanks guys. But hope I don't need you again lol Spoke too soon. Did need again for windscreen stone chip. Again didn't disappoint absolutely top notch service. Did a brilliant job with no appointment and all in 20 minutes. Noticed front tires low in air so put air in for me. Can't thank you enough team. Please again if you need any glass work on your car give these guys a call even if you have to travel to get there it will be worth your time 👍👍
From the 2 young gentleman that visited to let us know what to do with the cracks in my windscreen to the extremely professional replacement of said windscreen by other team members the next day, we highly recommend Katikati glass! Called in after 4pm on a Friday and Grant and his team couldn't have been more helpful - I was on a family trip and in a bit of a flap about our upcoming plans being scuppered by an increasingly splitting windscreen following a stone chip on SH25. Pulled in to a lovely greeting from Jack, the Blue Heeler and booked the repair for the Monday morning - just managing to get a new windscreen on order. The day of the repair it was all done and dusted the same morning, even though the team seemed to have a lot of jobs on. Throughout the process Grant and Charles were friendly, helpful and polite, offering tips on navigating the insurance claims process too By comparison I started the process online with Smith and Smith and they emailed the next day to say they'd fit me in three weeks down the track!
