Leo and the team are absolutely brilliant. I've taken my pc and my phone to be fixed. Both times they have been completely honest and have given multiple options. They haven't gone for the hard sell and havent tried to push me into expensive repairs. They have my complete trust.

Had work done not so long ago..Very on to it plus very fast for what kind of work n it wasn't easy stuff to I got done there..I recommend them to anyone wanting excellent work done n after service is very important to me n they are always there n helpful..Great work iFixed Ltd Katikati 😊

They seem like nice guys. But I advise them to be more careful with communication: e.g. to not say: (1) they probably have the parts they need in stock without checking; (2) the courier will come "tomorrow", then to say the next day that couriers don't usually work around Christmas; (3) to respond to correspondence promptly; (4) to apologise; (5) to check in with the customer occasionally if the part (a simple battery) still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later.

Usually wouldn't bother leaving a review especially a bad one but just posting this here as I received awful service from these guys. Honestly don't go here if you want a non authentic screen. I'd rather have my screen that stopped working over one that is low quality/doesnt fit the screen/ and now not even working. They didn't even give me my old screen back or anything, just stopped replying. Attached photos of what the screen looked before and what it did now and some correspondence with their "customer service". Do better guys.

These guys give awesome service. My phone was dying and they got all the data transferred to my new phone for me, even though my old phone was a dinosaur and it took them ages. They really go all out to give a great service, and I couldn't too highly recommend them.
