I saw a really knowledgeable physio, Katie, who helped me with a pain I was getting while running, she asked me lots of questions and thoroughly examined me and watched me walking & running on the treadmill, she really helped me alot, my pain has reduced and I was prescribed the correct exercises to strengthen the area that was weaker.
