Offering salamis and meat processing services in Katikati
Brought a chilli and a pepperoni salami from the Martinbourgh fair today was very impressed. Staff let me try each of the flavors of the salami so that I knew what flavors that I would like. Customer sevice was a 10/10. Would highly recommend.
Just brought half a pepperoni venison salami from the whakatane Sunday market. It’s pretty much all gone in one morning. Great salami - will be recommending this to everyone (also a great Christmas present idea)
First time ever paying to have my meat processed and I was so impressed with everything. Easy 24hr drop off and very good service for the price. Very tasty sausages and definitely will be back. Certainly easier than doing it myself after a huge weekend hunting.
Salamis are yummmm! Nearly finished one whole roll and its not even a week yet. Rikki & I will definitely come back in Katikati and order more this time perhaps! Thanks Nicky for your great hospitality ♥️
My wife and I went through a lot this year. We had our newborn son at the end of August. Then I went through a major surgery, and now I’m in the middle of changing jobs, whilst she’s trying to learn driving and get her restricted license. With no family here, it’s been a tough journey, and a full-on year. This past Friday I asked my wife let’s get out of Auckland, I’ll get a place on a farm, and let’s just relax for few days. Long story short, we were on holiday in Tauranga this week, and today the weather was all rainy. So while my wife wanted to go strawberry picking (which we tried, bought strawberries, but nowhere little early for picking season), I suggested we stay at the farm and do a BBQ. So in pursuit of good butchery, somehow, Google sent us here, where we were greeted by a very nice gentleman and as soon as they saw we’re in the wrong place, they offered us a set of deer steak, from their hunt, and a full roll of salami from their products - for FREE….. I was truely embarrassed as we did not have anything in the car to give you in return. I wanted to leave this review here as a (tiny) token of appreciation. We will come back for more visits for sure - this time perhaps at least with flowers.. you made our rainy day magical. We went back and did BBQ half of the deer steak, and OMG. What a taste! My wife absolutely **loved** it, and I did appreciate that. I’ll post an update about the salami too! We will surely remember your business and the fact that you and your lovely wife work so hard to run it with such big hearts. I wanted to wish you all the bests, but I’m positive with lovely attitudes like yours, you are already more successful than our wishes could possibly help you be. Please look after yourselves.
