I have been going to Mike for over a year now for arm , back and neck issues. Mike has been so supportive and explains everything so you have an understanding of your injury and what’s needed to help improve or heal it . The exercises and professional care that he offers have been so successful , and I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a physiotherapist
As a professional in the sports industry, I went through many physios. They all did the same thing, treated the problem, and ignored the cause. Mike is completely different. I first saw him over 8 years ago when he was in Auckland, and had an endless list of long term pain and injuries. Within a very short time, he not only fixed the cause and problem of everything, but taught me how to deal with dozens of different injuries, if I have them again. 8 years later, I've barely had to see him, because he did such an incredible job that everything is functioning perfectly - I still do the exercises he taught me regularly! The next time I have an injury I can't fix myself, I will be driving for 3 hours to see Mike, as there is no better physio around!
Michael was very professional, friendly and informative. He was very good at understanding the outcomes and level of fitness I wanted to achieve and gave clear explanations of his treatment and required exercises. Only 5 sessions helped me recover from an injury that had been bothering me for months.
