Oppressively slow, they just don't respond to emails or calls. Took MONTHS of emails, calls, going into reception to get some documents arranged. Of course the documents were urgent, but it doesn't matter what you say the service remains that of a glacial pace - not the quickly melting kind either.
I engaged the Principal Michael Bale to provide advice in a Matrimonial settlement Mr Bale failed to provide written advice which lead to a complete Disaster, I regret the experience !
Not a great experience. Outwardly competent but made a stressful situation worse thanks to a lack of empathy and poor communication style. Things improved at the final hour, particularly when we made it clear we weren’t going to accept a request to “please pay us $3000” without an itemised invoice. For the service provided it was exorbitant. I agree with other reviewers- if you have another option, use it.
Would not recommend. Overcharged, unprofessional, poor customer service and zero communication. Could not provide a breakdown/reason for their high fee when challenged. If you have another option, take it
Terrible experience, no communication and billed nearly four years later via another law firm. When challenged, no empathy at all. No call back from manager to date. Seem to care more about money then building lasting relationships. Not good for a small local community town.
