Dr Heidi, Jordan, Nikki and the whole team at Vetcare are all amazing. We came to VetCare as new clients. We took in our Miniature Bull Terrier X in to discuss trying to ease her pain around her existing tumours and how we can prolong her life. After previously being told by others that her tumours were too difficult to operate on and how much it would cost. Dr Heidi blew us away telling us that she would be able to remove them, and for a price that was very reasonable. Her confidence, knowledge and experience made us know that our Pooch was in the right caring hands. We only wish we came to VetCare sooner. The surgery went successfully and we had our girl back on the same day. The aftercare was great. Nikki would call to check in see how we were doing and would make sure that we could get a check-up appointment that suited us. We loved using natural products like the pet-putty and the Totaro spray as a part of her recovery. Heidi also helped us to understand the benefits and helped to guide us onto a better diet plan for our dog so she’s got many more happy years to come. We most definitely will be recommending VetCare to others.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by very friendly staff and well stocked store. Young lady served me with great advice and passion that should be applauded for. I needed a new bed for my dog, shop attendant gave me few options and highly recommend certain product that perfectly fitted our need. This business deserves 5 star rating since they are bringing you retail experience to old fashioned great service that is sadly starting to be missing from our big variety of shops. Thank you for great service and excellent product.

I’m absolutely blown away by Vet Care! Pippa and Heidi, along with the whole team, have been incredible. As relatively new dog owners (2.5 years) of a Bichon Frise cross named Jerry who’s 6 years old, we were struggling with his persistent skin issues. Despite our best efforts, nothing seemed to work. He got a very nasty ear infection—it was painful, his skin was balding and scabby, he was scratching constantly, and he didn’t smell good. One local vet just gave us antihistamines in a quick in-and-out visit, leaving us feeling helpless with no idea what to do. The conflicting information online made things worse. Walking into Vet Care was the best decision we ever made. From the moment we walked in, Pippa knew exactly what Jerry needed. She recommended an immediate diet change and scheduled him for blood tests and treatment for his ruptured eardrum, which was caused by a yeast infection. She also introduced us to Heidi. Heidi’s scientific and holistic approach was a game-changer. Her knowledge and genuine care for Jerry were evident from the start. Within just a week, Jerry’s symptoms improved dramatically. It’s like he’s a new dog! We’re beyond thrilled with the results. The entire team at Vet Care is phenomenal. They treated us like family, offering unbeatable care and attention. We’re so grateful we found them and only regret not going sooner. Thanks to Heidi and her team, Jerry is happier and healthier, and we feel more confident and educated as pet owners.
