Complete lack of empathy, don't listen to concerns, solely focussed on trying to make money Edit 21/2 to reply to "response from owner". You are well aware of our dealings, the issue raised, and your companies lack lustre response - where it was made clear that you believe you do not have to respect peoples perfectly reasonable and lawful wishes. My review is based on those interactions, as any review should be based on personal experience, and that was my experience.
