Made to feel very welcome - demonstrated a leaf blower I saw on sale when original reason to call in was to purchase a lawn mower accessory. Small thing but used and remembered first name also
The staff always take the time to help. They are top notch, I have shopped at two other still shops in the region for many years due to living circumstances, and your staff are second to none.
Greytown Stihl Shop came highly recommended and didn't disappoint me at all. Their knowledgeable staff are fantastic, with Blair pinpointing the problem with my Cub Cadet ride on mower in an instant, after a couple of attempts by others to fix. Service is second to none with an extremely quick turn around of the mower. Collected at 5pm, notified around 10.30 the next day all was completed and delivered the same night, one day to collect and return, fantastic ! I cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you guys, especially Kaine for being so professional in all aspects of his PR.
I came to the store to check out the battery kits and was met by Tim. Great attitude and knowledge. Told me about the mean deals they had and let us try them out too. New pruner and vac working great. Cheers.
