When you find a contractor that gives great advice, know their stuff, turn up when they say they will (and stay on site until work is done - i.e., do not leave to do other work and come back and leave to do other work and come back), are tidy with their work, are easy to deal with, and gave a fair price you stick with them. If you employ them you too can expect these high standards.
