Stopped of here this morning not impressed certainly won't be back. Apples twice the price of New World down the rd Coliflour $3.50 for half a whole large one in supermarket $3.50 you could tell it was rotten from the outside it was in the middle of the $13 rose apple bag we had two rotten ones. Your prices are dearer not worth the trip back 🤬

We visited Pinehaven on Monday and had a very disappointing experience at the checkout. We were waiting at the counter to pay, but the staff member who had been there disappeared. After waiting for some time, an older staff member came out from the storage area and walked straight past us to serve another customer who had joined the queue behind us. After that customer paid for their ice cream, both the older and younger staff members continued serving other customers who had arrived after us, while we were still waiting. Being overlooked multiple times was frustrating and made us feel ignored. We understand that places can get busy, but customers should be served in the order they arrive. We hope management can improve staff awareness and customer service to prevent this from happening to others.

We are locals and buy almost all of our fruit and veg at Pinehaven. Great quality, service, and prices. And a great spot to sit outside and enjoy a fresh fruit ice cream under the blossoms 🌸.

I’m not a big ice cream fan but as the sun was out we stopped in on a spur of the moment to try their fresh fruit ice cream & wasn’t disappointed. Tip: wait for service by the eftpos machine, not in front of the fruit machine like I did.
