Jo did an absolutely fantastic job with my haircut! From the moment I walked into the salon, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offering her professional advice while ensuring the final look suited my face shape and style. Her attention to detail is truly remarkable—every snip was precise, and she worked with such skill and confidence. What I loved most about Jo’s approach is that she didn’t rush the process. She was meticulous in layering and texturing my hair, making sure it had the perfect volume and movement. The end result was beyond my expectations—my hair looks fresh, stylish, and beautifully shaped. I’ve received so many compliments, and I can already tell this cut will grow out gracefully. Beyond her technical expertise, Jo is also a wonderful conversationalist. Her friendly and positive energy made the entire experience enjoyable. She clearly takes pride in her craft, and it shows in the quality of her work. If you’re looking for a skilled and professional stylist who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Jo. I often need to make a booking at the last minute to fit in around travel so over time I've had my hair done by all the senior stylists - Keryn, Angela and Laura. It's awesome to have so much talent in our small town and the comfort of knowing that whoever can fit me in is going to send me out of the salon looking fantastic. Well, at least my hair does ;)
