After a recent visit to this what is supposed a fine establishment, we were sorely disappointed, not only with the selection of clothing and accessories, but with the staff. Never in my 43 years have I been treated with such appalling behaviour. Greeting was non existent and then the side eyes from these up nosed staff member, never have I felt so discriminated against. When we were served, never have I been so disgusted in the behaviour from the staff member, who pushed us out of the way to serve other customer while we were still being served, ‘GASP!’. Never will return to this so called business. Deluxe, I think not

Great experience today with Virginia, I don’t enjoy clothes shopping but needed a couple of outfits for an event coming up. Virginia recommended outfits I wouldn’t choose myself and I left there feeling empowered! She’s amazing! Always loved the shop, such a great variety of home wares and gifts and now I know there are treasures in the racks! Thank you!

Just been shopping here with my friend and son (a very patient 8 year old) and had a best service from Virginia. She supported us with our sizing (with no judgement) brought us other styles we hadn't consider our style (and ended up loving). Would definitely recommend if you want a non pushy and well empowered shopping experience. It was a fun experience.

Would have to be the rudest owner and staff I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I'm pleased to see there is a theme with others and it wasn't just me. I bought a top which pilled badly within a month so I asked to return it and the owner was actually disgraceful, speaking like I was lying and had done something to it, could not accept the fabric was just bad. I've never experienced such a snobby rude bunch of people.

Absolutely fabulous store with so much to choose from. We met up with family in Greytown over the long weekend and we all loved this store. The helpful lovely lady made our experience so much more special. In fact it is our favourite shop now in Greytown after perusing the whole street. We noticed this store was really fair in their pricing in comparison to some of the others in the street. Highly recommend.
