Delighted with my Barebones Railroad Lantern, a quality product that I am sure will last a long time. I saw these advertised in the N Z Life & Leisure magazine before it changed ownership. I loved the advertisements back then and miss them. They were one of the reasons the magazine held appeal for me. My wife's bicycle had damage to the rear gear assembly when we bought it second hand. Blackwells not only sorted out the damage so it can be ridden, but adjusted the brakes as well. Total cost to my wife was very small. We will be using Blackwell's in future and singing their praises.

What really stood out was the handwritten thank you card included with my order, such a thoughtful touch that you don’t see often. Incredible store. You just don’t find many stores as well thought out and curated as Blackwell & Sons. The layout and presentation of produces was immaculate. Excellent staff who were very knowledgable and asked the right questions to help pick the perfect items. Retail perfection!
