My partner and I couldn’t recommend A1Homes Wairarapa enough. Paul was efficient and got in touch with us almost immediately and he guided us through the process very well. We dealt with another building company locally to begin with but the service was poorly. As first home buyers, a first build seems daunting and takes a lot of time compared to buying an existing home. However, everyone at A1 has made it easy for us especially we have busy jobs and we can’t always keep track of what’s happening. Matt is such a great project manager, and Anne-Marie is an absolute rock star. We appreciate everything you guys have done for us and we will certainly work with the team again if we are to build again in the Wairarapa.

I would like to achknowldege the support and information Paul and his team at A1 Homes provided when we were investigating the option of buying a bit of land and building a house in the Wairarapa. I take my hat off to them for being able to clearly communicate all the different steps of the process (Many more than I was originally aware of!) and all the different options available at each step. Their support in problem solving was really impressive. They were aware of our buget and advised us accordingly. Unfortunately we were not able to to buy land and build due to increase of costs at the time, however, if our situations changes in the future I will definatley be doing it through A1 Homes. Highly recommended *****

I was interested in one of the A1 Homes kit homes that they advertise on there website, however after talking with Paul at A1 Homes Wairarapa it would seem they are not interested in supplying me with a kit. The kit I was interested in was advertised at a price of $160,000 but after talking with Paul on the phone the price has increased to $180,000 with no explanation as to the reason for the price increase. They would not return my messages. I have blacklisted A1 Homes from any of my future dealings.
