This cashier Mary is always very impolite to my kids. My child came to me one day very upset saying that Mary was very rude and had a frown on her face. But the problem is that she was nice and polite even had a conversation with the adults, but when my child went to the purchase her things all Mary said was hi and the total price. Overall very disappointed. I hope Mary will be kinder to everyone including kids.

Had a unpleasant experience with lotto in fresh choice Featherston Want to check my previous numbers and happy to be winning one, but woman who served me simply "forgot" to pay me, explaining "sometimes machine showing, sometimes not". After my insistence she give me my winning money. I wonder if there is lack of professionalism or just simply rip off customers, because this is not the first time. Sure enough I won't be visiting this place. Ever.

I think there's some story here with locals, new buyer etc. Regardless as I often drive through this town, I stop here. It's good value for money and stocks what I need.

One of the staff (an India lady) was very rude and shouted to me when I was trying to understand her. It's so embarrassing when other customers are paying in a line. She was rude, not focusing on finding out the solutions, just shouting loudly and saying she is not sure why... In the end, it's me that had to figure out why their machine was not working. Not comfortable to come back to the store
