I took our shih-tzu puppy to Ria for his first grooming and will absolutely be going back again. She took such good care of him, taking the time to make him feel safe and secure. This amazing first experience is so important so that he will always associate grooming with something good. He was so relaxed that he started falling asleep! And, Ria is a master groomer - he looks perfect! Highly recommend Park and Bark to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic! Our Bichon Frise cross has visited Ria’s dog grooming salon twice now, and we couldn’t be happier. Ria is a delightful professional, and we first heard about her salon from a dedicated client who travels all the way from Upper Hutt - a testament to its excellence. The salon itself is impeccably clean, warm, and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for our furry friend. Ria’s professionalism shines through in every aspect of her service. What we love most is how our dog looks and smells after each visit; the results are outstanding. His fur is gorgeous, the cut is flawless, and he stays fresh for days. We’ve tried a few different groomers before, but what truly sets Ria apart is the unmatched quality and professionalism she offers, combined with the welcoming and clean environment. Update! Rea is an excellent groomer. Her studio is spacious for dogs and customers. She is very patient with my wriggly young dog and he loves playing with other dogs if there is a small wait time. What I really like is that she tries to style the dog, not just shear the fur.

Ria made a lovely job of grooming my Golden Retriever. He is a real wriggler so she performed miracles. Thank you Ria. Very happy to recommend and Monty will become a regular.
