I appreciate Massons coming to the party and sorting me out with warranty on my welder. I understand that warranty was with BOC which made it difficult, and they have apologised for the delay, as have Massons. From a customer’s perspective a phone call to explain where things are at goes a long way, and would have stopped me writing a poor review in the first place.

Popped in to ask question about log sitter valve. 1st time I had been there. Very helpful service, even took me to workshop and show me part I was asking about that had been fitted to machine

Cool shop with lots of stuff squeezed into a small space, friendly staff and they hire out tools as well
