After having purchased several small things from here, and having great experiences with the shop staff themselves, we started to order some of the bigger items we need for our babies arrival. After the first delivery, it's safe to say we will be going elsewhere for anything we can't hand carry from the physical shop. After first having to chase up our order, my wife was told they won't deliver to our 2nd floor walk up, but that they would deliver to the lobby and my 6 MONTH PREGNANT wife could just come down and carry a CRIB upstairs herself because "it's not that heavy". After refusing this and taking a half day from work to receive it myself, the delivery guys delivered two huge boxes, but not the the lobby. Instead they dumped them on the pavement outside their van, which resulted in me having to leave one unantended on the sidewalk while I carried the first up and came back for the rest. To ask a pregnant woman to carry a crib up stairs for them, then dump everything on the street is a joke....so, for those making delivery orders. Beward.

The staffs are helpful and experienced, providing a lot of information about selecting different products. The goods are varied and adorable.

The staff at the store were incredibly nice and friendly, providing great service throughout our visit. However, we were disappointed to find that many items we were interested in—particularly the Jellycat bunny we had our hearts set on—were sold out or out of stock. Despite the limited selection available, we ended up purchasing a charming Jellycat bunny bag charm, which we’re happy with as a cute alternative. Overall, the positive experience with the team was a highlight, though stock availability could have been better for a more complete shopping trip. I’d still recommend visiting for the welcoming atmosphere!

Got bugaboo butterfly 2, green colour. They kept my box aside and blocked it. Service was good and the sales representative was very kind.
