Easy to locate, very convenient and close to MTR Kowloon Tong station, inside a flagship mall of Festival walk where there has lots of entertainment ,such as ice rink, cinemas, festivals decorations and frequent displays shows. What's more, there is a bus terminal and taxi station close by. All in all, a good and convenient place for everyone to work or study at.
