What an onboarder does
Onboarders bring a town onto Local Eyes. You work a town — or a whole region — visiting or calling local businesses, stays and groups, and helping them claim their place on the guide. Every claim and every paying member you introduce in your towns is attributed to you automatically.

Part 2
Who makes a good onboarder
You do not need a sales background. You need to know your town and like talking to the people who run it.
- 1You know your townThe best onboarders are locals — people who already know which café just opened and which band plays on Fridays.
- 2You like talking to ownersMost of the job is short, friendly conversations: what Local Eyes is, what being on the guide gets them, and how to claim their listing.
- 3You want flexible, local workWork your own hours, in your own towns. The dashboard keeps track of everything, so you can pick up exactly where you left off.

How you earn
Local Eyes runs on introductions. When a business you introduced becomes a paying member, you earn from that introduction. Your dashboard tracks every claim and every member in your towns, so attribution is automatic — no spreadsheets, no chasing.

Ask us for an onboarder account and we will assign your towns — a single town, a county, or a whole state. Your Account page then gains an Onboard tab with everything below.
Start with the town you know best. A claimed main street is the best reference for the next town over.
