They rent an apartment located above their wine cellar. The apartment was well-prepared, and overall, the stay could have been positive. We were traveling with two young children, and before our departure, we spent a lot of time ensuring the apartment was in excellent condition: we vacuumed, tidied, and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen. Despite this, after our stay, they left us a comment stating that, while everything was fine, we hadn't paid enough attention to certain details when we left the apartment. This comment seemed unfair and disproportionate, especially considering the state in which we left the apartment. It should also be noted that upon arrival, a selection of products from their cellar is presented as a welcome gift. However, these products are listed on a price list and therefore don't truly constitute a thoughtful gesture. Furthermore, the prices seemed high to us. This is the first time we've encountered such a situation, and the overall experience left us feeling disappointed. For this reason, if you stay in this apartment, I recommend that you carefully check the conditions related to the products present in the accommodation and document with photos the condition in which you leave the apartment at the time of departure.
