A great find at this cooperative winery. The bag-in-box wine was very good: Muscat white, white, rosé, and red. All four were very well received by our guests. I recommend it.

We live in the area, like to support our producers, and have an account here. After my last, particularly unprofessional and extremely unpleasant experience with the blonde woman mentioned in all the bad reviews, I won't be returning. We stopped by with our visiting family to buy a selection of boxed wines and bottles. Our family includes a dog, so while three of us went into the store, my wife took him for a walk in the parking lot and on the adjacent lawn. There was another person who wasn't a customer walking two dogs, so we didn't pay any attention. A blonde woman came out and shouted at us (only) that it was private property. I pointed out that we were entering the store, assuming she thought we were simply using the space and not customers. However, she had absolutely no interest in welcoming customers. She complained that people regularly brought their dogs to use the space, which I assumed referred to non-customers, and I agreed that it must be frustrating. The woman continued to complain, and I finally concluded that our dog, even as a customer, wasn't welcome. I told her we were leaving. She followed us to the door, complaining loudly. Back at the car, my wife had returned with the dog and a bag containing its excrement, which we always carry and use as responsible dog owners. I showed it to her and sarcastically asked if they had a trash can. ;) She accused us of only picking up the litter "now." At that point, I shouted back that it was our usual practice, and that there were two other dogs out for a walk who were clearly not customers. The women then called over a male colleague. I could see he didn't really want to actively participate in removing customers from the store. If irresponsible residents are abusing your property, put up a sign or invest in some kind of fence. If customers with dogs aren't welcome, which is clearly the case, at least put up a "no dogs allowed" sign. If you want to maintain a semblance of professionalism, invest in a sign prohibiting dog waste and, who knows, install a trash can outside for customers. Even the municipality has the decency and good business sense to offer bags to attract investment to our local economy rather than drive it away. Later that day, we bought two boxes at SuperU. At the same price, the value is indistinguishable from those sold here, and the shopping experience is much more pleasant. The next day, we spent €250 at Mas Llossanes, just down the N116 in Marquixanes. The staff there are fantastic.

This is a really exceptional local wine experience. The cellar door is very welcoming and the staff very knowledgeable about the local estates and cooperative. I would highly recommend the white greneche and rose.
