We stayed at this campsite for eight days. Overall, the location is beautiful, and the campsite is very large, welcoming guests from many different countries. The beach is definitely one of its strongest points. It is clean, easily accessible from the campsite, and although the sea becomes deep quite quickly, it is perfect for swimming. Walking along the beach under the moonlight after dark was the most beautiful moment of our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the entertainment. Almost all of the evening shows and activities were conducted entirely in French. The entertainment team and many of the staff spoke almost exclusively French, making it very difficult for international guests to participate or enjoy the activities. There were also very few evening activities for children. One evening perfectly illustrated this problem. The campsite organized a raffle where guests had the chance to win a one-week holiday for the following year. We wanted to participate, but there was no information explaining how to join or where to obtain the raffle tickets. When we arrived at the entertainment area, we noticed that many guests already had tickets, while we had never been informed about them. The host explained the entire event only in French, and the winning numbers were announced only in French as well. At one point, a number was repeated several times without anyone responding, and another number was then drawn. It is entirely possible that the original winning ticket belonged to a non-French-speaking guest who simply did not realize that their number had been called. Throughout the event, there was not a single explanation in English or any other international language about how the raffle worked, which numbers had been drawn, or who had won the prize. As international guests, we could do nothing but watch from the sidelines without understanding or participating. This experience perfectly reflected how excluded non-French-speaking guests felt during the evening entertainment. In our opinion, the campsite should clearly state in its description that if you want to fully enjoy the entertainment program, you need to speak French. Otherwise, international guests should mainly expect to come here for the beach and the pool rather than for the evening entertainment. For such a large campsite with so many guests, the pool area was too small. The pools were often overcrowded, their cleanliness could have been better, and there were not enough sun loungers. If you arrived a little later, it was almost impossible to find an available one. Our mobile home was quite old and appeared to have received very little renovation over the years. We also experienced several maintenance issues. There was an ant infestation throughout our stay, and one evening all the drains became completely blocked, making it impossible to use either the kitchen or the bathroom until the next day. The location of the campsite is excellent, and the beach is wonderful. However, considering the price we paid, the accommodation quality, maintenance, entertainment, and pool facilities did not meet our expectations. With better maintenance, more multilingual entertainment, and improved facilities, this campsite could offer a much better experience for international guests.
