1. I was visiting Sorède as a tourist. At one point, my mobile internet connection stopped working, and I desperately needed a connection. So, I came here, remembering they had a Wi-Fi hotspot. It turned out it didn't provide internet access, only a local webpage. Luckily, the post office next door had working Wi-Fi. 2. This might not be the direct responsibility of the tourist office, but I think you could pass this along, so I'll leave it here: After my visit to Sorède, I needed to get to Perpignan. So, I went to the "Sorède - Parking" bus stop to catch the 553 bus. There was the usual bus stop sign with the timetable, etc. I was waiting on the bench next to the sign when the 553 bus arrived and drove around the building. Since it was a little ahead of schedule, I thought it was turning around to stop in front of us. Instead, it just drove past and left! I realized afterward that it was actually picking up passengers on the other side of the building (the parking lot side). Except there's no sign there, absolutely nothing. How was I supposed to know? Would it be so difficult to add at least a small explanatory note to the main notice board? 3. Finally, the local bus stops aren't even listed on Google Maps, which is very inconvenient for visitors. Yet it's very easy to fix: the relevant authority simply needs to submit the data in GTFS format. It's a quick and standardized procedure that would simplify things for many people.
