A truly lovely guesthouse. The owner is exceptionally kind, the setting is peaceful, and the breakfast was incredible, with fresh produce, homemade jams, and butter. We were moved to tears when we left. We will definitely be back; we talk about you all the time. We recommend it 1000%! Joel and Jess
I came to Casa Tena because I was looking for a peaceful place to write. I spent several nights in the Catalunya room. A beautiful room with tasteful decor and a mountain view. The room has a sitting area, a desk area, then the bed and the bathroom. The host was welcoming and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning with homemade jams. I would definitely return.

We were looking for a quiet place near the sea in French Catalonia, and this beautiful guesthouse appeared among the options. We certainly don't regret choosing it. It's nestled on the outskirts of a small village, Sorede, just a short drive from the beautiful Le Racou beach and the spectacular city of Collioure. What captivated us most was our hostess, full of charm, kindness, and a willingness to help with anything we needed. Upon entering her house, you can appreciate the elegance, culture, and way of life, which, when speaking with Gill, only enhances it further. It was a pleasure to share conversations during the magnificent breakfasts, served in her garden, which she prepares herself each morning with exquisite homemade products (yogurt, various jams, butter), accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice, artisanal breads, croissants, and café au lait—all delicious. The room was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and relaxing. This accommodation is a place I wouldn't hesitate to return to and would recommend to my best friends.
