We tried Café Éclair on its small terrace. We sampled an éclair with chocolate spread: the flavor was excellent and the choux pastry was perfectly executed. The welcome was warm and the prices very reasonable. We will gladly return to discover the other specialties. The only slight drawback: a parasol would be appreciated to enjoy the terrace more fully.

Passing through Sorede, we stopped to buy pastries and bread. The products are of very good quality, and the owner is friendly. It would be a nice addition to offer savory snacks alongside the pastries. They also sell handmade products, a great concept for supporting local artisans.

I've been spending every summer in Sorède for the past 10 years, and it's wonderful to finally find a decent bakery. Breads, pastries, viennoiseries... everything is delicious! Special mention also goes to the new owner who always greets you with a smile!
